How To's: Meditation & Raising Our Vibrations

I’ve got several inquiries about meditation and if it is the only way to raise your vibration. To be honest it is my favorite way but that is a personal decision. I wanted to identify numerous ways that will contribute to the raising of your vibration other than meditation.


*Self pampering or doing things that make you feel good; manicures and pedicures, bonding with nature, bonding with animals, going for a walk or going for a drive, and even face and body pampering routines.


*Pause throughout the day and steal 10 to 20 minutes to reflect; at work, in your car or break room, in the restroom, take a moment to soak in the tub or run water on your body before bathing in the shower and reflect, take a few minutes to breathe and check in with yourself before it’s needed to minimize anxiety, stressors, and also listen to what the soul needs, listen to a few songs that raises your vibration with high frequency content, sound bowls, and or frequency music.


*Recognize when emotions are not yours because a lot of us are highly sensitive to energy and it’s important to learn to recognize when your energy is being invaded and how to them; constantly redirect your thoughts to positivity, shut down negative conversation, only communicate with the positive people, don’t ignoring your intuition to avoid certain people, listening, reading, and watching high vibrational content when and if you are a person who is easily triggered.


*Connect to the celestial realm through communication; Sun and moon gaze, prayer and burning candles and incense with intent, writing letters to ancestors and spirit guides, realizing you are never alone and express gratitude for their presence, protection, and guidance.


* Cut back on toxins because the more you replace junk food with nutrients your body will crave more nutrients and begin to repair DNA; replace your favorite junk snack with your favorite fruit, incorporate a fruit for breakfast and lunch, then double the veggie portions by adding a vegetable soup or salad in addition to the vegetables included in your meal, drink a glass of water 30 minutes or more before and 30 minutes after you consume a meal, do a body detox and revitalization 2 to 4 times a year to repair and nurture your were in doctrine system(chakras).


*Treat yourself with love and learn to emphasize in honor your accomplishments whether they be lessons or gains, they are steel successes; morning affirmations, daily self praises for small accomplishments, gratitude for successes and lessons, acknowledging what is going right rather than what is going wrong, show love to nature and others by doing good deeds.


*Be creative because our contribution to this planet signifies the meaning and purpose of life; exercise, paint, draw, dance, cook, write, sing, rap, or simply express yourself from the heart verbally; but whatever you decide consistently is the key.


*Find clarity because we are at our best when we can think clearly so do some soul-searching; Address your past and current feelings about your current state of being, decide what you want for yourself presently and in the future, make long and short term goals, begin to execute those goals.


*Morning routines are a great way to start on the right track so take a few minutes to yourself before you start your day; Visualize your task for the day, how you would like them to turn out, call on the best aspects of your self to be present during the day getting the job done, call on positive energy to surround you throughout the day, show gratitude for the day in advance.


*Cleansing your space of any negative stagnant or dead energy; smudge your place, cleanse with vinegar, bleach, Lysol, or sea salt, make sure you cleanse cluttered and or dark spaces like; cabinets, drawers, and closet’s where energies may be lurking, always clean with open doors or windows, spiritual baths, moon water, rose waters, crystals, herbs, and essential oils are also ways of cleansing.
