Main Ingredients: Nettle leaf and Sarsaparilla Root
Instructions for use: Boil 6 to 8 ounces of water and pour over the blend. Cover the top of the vessel you are making it in. Allow steeping for 10 to 15 minutes before removing the leaves from the tea and consuming it. 2 to 3 times daily
