Instructions for use: Boil 6 to 8 ounces of water and pour over the blend. Cover the top of the vessel you are making it in. Allow steeping for 10 to 15 minutes before removing the leaves from the tea and consuming it. 2 to 3 times daily.
* Do not consume during pregnancy and or nursing.
*21 days of use is recommended for all teas to show their full spectrum of results. Most of our teas are made for all diets except for cleanses, but it should be noted that diets that are more beneficial present better results. We recommend drinking out teas with the most tolerably clean diet for optimal results.
